Terms and Conditions

 The Customer hereby undertakes to have read and understood the page disclaimers and website T&Cs before booking the vehicle

1. You agree that your order, after payment of the Booking amount, is an offer to buy, under these Terms, the products and/or services listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us or we will not be obligated to sell the products or services to you. We may choose not to accept any orders in our sole discretion. Only upon completion of the process stated below will the Order be deemed as accepted. Once the order ("Online Booking") is placed on www.encashmahindra.com website, the Customer receives an e-mail on the registered e-mail address, as appearing on the registration form of www.encashmahindra.com website, confirming the booking and mentioning the Booking amount along with www.encashmahindra.com website order number (www.encashmahindra.com order id). Post the receipt of an email acknowledging the online order, the Customer needs to visit the Selected Dealership within three (3) business days with the KYC proof as advised by the dealership, wherein he/she will be required to provide www.encashmahindra.com website Online Reference number or Order Number and Mobile no. used for registering on www.encashmahindra.com ("Registered Mobile no.") to complete the necessary formalities as mentioned herein.

2. The order of the Customer who does not complete the formalities of booking within fifteen (15) business days of booking at www.encashmahindra.com website (at the Selected Dealership) can be cancelled at the discretion of Encash Automotive Private Limited . The booking amount of the cancelled orders shall be refunded to Customers without any interest as per the process set by Encash Automotive Private Limited. Once booked, cancellation charges to the tune of 10 % of the Booking amount will be applicable on each and every cancellation. The cancellation charges as mentioned above will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the Customer. Cancellation may take up to 20-25 working days from the date of request by the customer. Once the cancellation is confirmed by Encash Automotive Private Limited, the refund of booking amount may take up to 10-12 working days. The Customer hereby agrees to having clearly read the cancellation terms and conditions and agrees to bear the cancellation charges so imposed by Encash Automotive Private Limited in the event of a cancellation. 3. The Customer is requested to thoroughly read and understand specifications, features of vehicle model(s) available on the portal. The Customer is not allowed to make any changes of the selected model once the order has been placed on the www.encashmahindra.com platform.

4. Price & Offer/Scheme applicable at the time of delivery from the dealership shall be considered as final. 

5. Prices indicated are ex-showroom prices. Any other levies or taxes if applicable are extra 6. Prices are indicative only and the final price may change. Prices are applicable within the specified city limits only. Please visit Encash Automotive Private Limited authorized Dealer for exact prices. Prices shown on website and actual may vary. 7. All prices & offers are subject to change, and Encash Automotive Private Limited reserves the right to modify the prices at its discretion at any point in time
